What is on the Board’s agenda?

Financial crime risk (12) and fraud risk (20) are not among the top 10 issues receiving attention from the board. Employee-related risks (26), such as fatigue and well-being, are also not a top topic. Not all important topics can be at the top of the agenda, of course, but it’s important to keep them in mind.

So, what are the top issues? And does this “tone from the top” align with the perception of CROs?
